I am a Policy Expert at Gobe, the first GovTech studio in Spain, where I research new innovation policies and put them into practice in our projects: driving processes, capabilities, resources, leadership and regulations to boost govtech ecosystems. I have broad experience in public sector innovation and public policy evaluation. I have worked at the Catalan Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies designing and evaluating public policies, at the govtech startup Citibeats and in the Digital Future Society innovation laboratory designing and carrying out govtech pilots with the Spanish public administration. I have a degree in economics from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona (Spain) and an Erasmus Mundus MSc degree on Economic Development and Growth from the Carlos III University of Madrid (Spain) and the University of Lund (Sweden).
