Mls Key Account Manager
Current- Manages all aspects of the relationship between Homes.com and key MLS accounts across the United States- Coordinates the launch and onboarding process with MLS, internal product team, and marketing - - -Regularly monitors adoption and engagement, and creates strategies to maximize both-Responds to reports of technical and compliance issues and works with appropriate internal and external partners to remedy them as quickly as possible-Coordinates technical changes made necessary by MLS feed conversions, regulation changes, etc.-Stays abreast of the real estate industry through training, classes and meetings throughout the year-Attends industry and MLS events to meet with MLS staff, agents, and promote Homes.com-Regularly holds check-in meetings with MLS staff to discuss product updates, new needs within the MLS and training opportunities
