Over the past 25 years in the new construction, startup, property management, luxury development, residential real estate brokerage, and franchise industries I worked with over 500 small business owners. After twelve years leading organizations and regional divisions, I'm returning to my entrepreneurial roots to help the industry navigate the operational and financial complexities of changes facing our industry. My passion is to turn great ideas into action and to empower others to live their best lives. I am honored to have been recognized as one of the top 100 women in real estate 2023 by Housing Wire, a 2023 RIS Media Newsmaker, and a recipient of the Swanepoel Power 200 recognition. I am also a co-founder and sustaining member of Women Who Wine of the Flathead, a charitable networking group based in Kalispell Montana that has raised and distributed over $300,000 to local nonprofits since 2013.Most recently, as the President of JPAR Real Estate's Affiliated Network and COO of the nationwide Affiliated operations and Brokerage offices across Texas, I supported the growth and performance of a network of 72 offices and just over 3,750 agents across 30 states. I leveraged my executive leadership skills and decades of experience in business operations, strategy, and finance management to drive innovation, efficiency, and profitability for our affiliates and agents.
