I love the process of diving deep into quantitative and qualitative data analysis to extract meaningful insights. The more complex a problem, the better; I specialize in taking disparate pieces of information, connecting dots and weaving together succinct narratives as the foundation for decision-making and actionable strategies. Scientists don’t revel in their solutions, they seek out the next problem, which is why I am at my best when challenging the status quo in our firm and with our clients. As a Performer, I seek to animate moments and energize others.Clients seek the support of consultants as trusted advisors on their most significant challenges. These types of problems are typically complex, cross-functional and infused with bias. Consulting is akin to a play and my role is to weave a cohesive narrative, pull actors into the right roles and inspire their best performances both a coach to my teammates and a facilitator for our clients. One thing you can count on is the acts will be high-energy and inspiring.Taken together, my professional joy comes from seeing clients galvanized around the strategies we have supported them in creating.
