Product Manager for SiteHawk, a software company with solutions for SDS and chemical data management.

• Create new processes and protocols for sourcing, ordering, information management, price setting, and regulatory compliance for the chemical product line (which boasts more than 140,000 products). Maintain and continually improve protocols to increase efficiency.• Manage a variety of small to medium projects within the licensing department – the most notable being the implementation of software for Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) authoring.• Perform market research to propose and implement new products and technologies.• Manage and maintain more than 60 vendor and institution accounts for out-of-house products, including antibodies, chemicals and fluorescent dyes through OEM and licensing.• Research and compose online marketing materials including: technical product information summaries, meta tags and usage instructions to assist customers in using the research products.• Experienced in authoring Safety Datasheets compliant with OSHA HazCom 2012, GHS and CLP.• Experienced in interpreting hazard communication documents and evaluating their accuracy• Design and administrate several complex FileMaker databases.• Provide and liaise technical support for thousands of chemical and antibody products. • Coordinate interdepartmentally to ensure the smooth transition of products throughout the company – includes interaction with shipping, labs, accounting, inventory and technical support.• Experienced in authoring Safety Datasheets compliant with OSHA HazCom 2012, GHS and CLP.• Traveled to Shanghai, Chine twice in the past year to train employees on several new projects.

Designed and performed laboratory experiments using artificial lipid bilayers. Gained experience using the Langmuir-Blodgett Trough, particle sizer and fluorescent microscope in experiments.
