Tijdens renovatieprojecten ben ik verantwoordelijk voor alle bewonerscommunicatie gedurende onze projecten. In onze projecten werken wij samen met woningcorporaties en bouwpartners om energetische renovaties binnen de sociale huursector te realiseren. Mijn taak is om bewoners te informeren en te betrekken bij dit proces. Wij begeleiden niet alleen tijdens de werkzaamheden: door middel van klankbordgroepen maken wij bewoners al aan het begin van de planvorming volwaardig partner in het verduurzaming proces van hun eigen woning. Ook na de afronding van de werkzaamheden blijven wij betrokken: voor het optimaal gebruiken van een energiezuinigere woning is gedragsverandering nodig. Wij begeleiden de bewoners om op optimale manier gebruik te maken van de nieuwe en vernieuwde installaties en mogelijkheden van hun woning. Dream Centre is an NGO based in Siem Reap province which has the objective to keep at-risk children in their families while enabling them to reach their full potential through non-formal education, social work and family support. • Managed the social work and family support program• Supervised and provided technical support to the social workers, with special attention to early childhood development• Interim project coordinator (two months), including the supervision of thirteen national staff members and managing the operational budget• Built and maintained partnerships with regional local and international organisations• Fostered capacity building and oversight on the child protection code of conduct• Initiated, implemented and oversight of positive parenting skills training• Delivered progress reports and technical recommendations to the annual work plan and 5-year strategy • Assessed and collaborated on the scaling-plan • Developed the intake procedures and family assessment for new family enrolment• Recruited and trained new employees
