Canterbury Recovery Project (~ NZ$1b/€600m) - Project Management Office dedicated to rebuilding Christchurch following the devastating earthquakes in 2010/2011 - partnered with IAG insurance. ◆ Promoted to leadership team for New Homes division of the Canterbury Recovery Project. Supervised and mentored a team of project managers for improved performance. ◆ Successfully delivered a high number of new build projects, a portfolio of $60m/€35m, ranging from $400k-2m/€230k- €1.2m, resulting in over 80 families moving out of temporary accommodation and into new homes◆ Improved policies and processes to rebuild a city with one of the biggest players in an unprecedented insurance event.
