I worked as an RN at UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica Medical Center, and for Dr. Tom Hodges Family Practice and Emergency Room Care. A hospital stay when I was twelve inspired me to pursue nursing and health care and that led me to completing nursing school at UCLA in 1966.
