SMS Keto Coach helps customers who have purchased the Healthy Keto and IF Membership program and need more detailed assistance with the healthy keto diet plan, intermittent fasting and their membership program. This position requires extensive knowledge of Dr. Berg's philosophies, nutrients, and helping people using an easy and effective approach. All communication with customers is through text messaging (SMS) using Dr. Berg's internal CRM system to help them step-by-step with their keto journey. This position requires excellent customer service skills, text messaging etiquette, and a passion for learning health, fitness and helping people!
