• Provide oversight over ten corporate education centers and their managers• Ensure the organizational effectiveness of the various functions of the company• Develop and implement organizational strategies, policies, and practices through constant communication between departments and throughout lower management teams• Design and develop quality assurance protocols through management training, field visits, and follow-ups• Consult on new center expansions and negotiations
