My 20 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry and leadership roles span diverse functions including Asset Management, Fund Accounting, Third Party Administration Services, and Investment Banking. I am currently the Head of Strategic Client Governance at abrdn plc.During my tenure at abrdn I have gained extensive experience in several areas of asset management including risk & compliance, contractual negotiations, operations and fee billing. With a comprehensive understanding of governance matters and a deep operating background, I bring a practical approach to navigating complex challenges. I have a key focus on simplifying product models, cross functional innovation and efficiencies. Committed to inclusion and nurturing future talent, I serve as abrdn's Client Group Stream Head for the Early Careers Programme. Recognising the importance of supporting our local communities, I sit on the board of trustees of SEAL Dunfermline - a small children’s charity that promotes wellbeing and builds resilience for children.
