Hello and welcome! :)My name is Lauralee, and I’m a people operations professional interested in the relationship between people, purpose, and productivity.I’m passionate about helping workplaces be both productive and fulfilling. Most of us spend half of our waking lives working–wouldn’t it be nice to like what we do? I’ve had the opportunity to work in the exciting and varied fields of fashion, outdoor conservation and technology. Throughout my experiences, one characteristic has been true for all: Happy, healthy worker bees make a happy, healthy hive (and better honey!). Job satisfaction and productivity are closely intertwined. There are many ways organizations can provide employees with the resources and growth they desire, and it’s in their favor to do so. I enjoy working to help both employees and companies flourish together. I have over four years of experience working in human resources with concentrations in recruiting, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, event planning, programming, and learning and development.
