Nothing makes my heart flutter more than when I get that weekly check in from my client on Monday morning, and she says “How is this real? I’m eating more, and doing less, but losing weight!” Dieting doesn’t have to be hard, and it doesn’t have to mean less food. More often than not, the issue is the exact opposite. We live in a world where we are overfed undernourishing foods and more importantly, our world is undereducated on how to properly fuel their bodies. Stop the yo-yo dieting. Stop the never-ending carousel of starting and stopping. The desire and the need for creating a healthy lifestyle is never going to go away. Find a coach to TEACH you how to start and keep going. Find a coach that will keep you accountable to your goals and will refuse to let you give up on your desires. I’ve started and stopped, a million times. But the day I made the decision to start and NEVER stop, that was the day that changed my life forever. I found myself a coach, committed to doing the damn thing, and ended up competing in a bodybuilding competition (which btw, I never saw myself doing in a million years) and ended up taking home first place. This life is unpredictable and there is so much that is out of our control. But what you eat, and what you do with your body, that is entirely in your control. Conquer your MINDSET, commit to never stopping, and leave the carousel behind.
