IIreland China Consulting worked with startup and established companies to develop sustainable collaborations and build in-market partnerships with mainland China & HK based companies.• Built a knowledge base of adaptive learning technologies, super app & ecosystem business models and expertise in digital education technology; spending considerable time in China.• Drove strategically led relationships and developed global scale partnerships with blue chip brands, clients and investors.

I used this wonderful opportunity to engage in a range of valued personal & professional development projects and to further advance my qualifications in Mandarin, Chinese with the Professional Diploma in Chinese Language & Culture, UCD. • In addition, I balanced the multiple day-to-day demands of a busy household while enjoying some more treasured time with my young children as they got older.

During this special and unmatched time, I devoted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the full-time care of our young children, the management of our home and the day-to-day balancing of the multiple demands in our household.• Suffice to say, it was a wonderful & challenging time where responsibilities included but were not limited to; budgeting, event management, change management, negotiation, sales, relationship building, mentoring and scheduling. • Core skills developed included patience building, working in extremely ambiguous circumstances, ability to field and answer difficult questions and conflict resolution :-)
