Senior Specialist - Consumer Regulations
Current- Review and edit consumer compliance bank examination reports and Community Reinvestment Act Performance Evaluations for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and tone
- Analyze matters for violations of Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices and Fair Lending laws and regulations, work with Board of Governors staff on disposition
- Manage consumer complaints and investigate complex matters including allegations of fair lending violations
- Recommend disposition of regulatory applications, give guidance to financial institutions on the applications process and how to support a successful application
- Draft and update procedural documents regarding the examination, consumer complaint, and applications processes
- Edit and review Consumer Compliance Outlook publication
