My daily tasks include:- Presenting offers to Sellers and negotiating terms of contract - Complete comparative market analyses for Sellers to provide them with an accurate range of what their home might be worth - Promote sales of homes through marketing, online advertising, open houses, and various other means-Setup and accompany Buyers on showings of homes that fit their wanted criteria - Meet with and get to know clients to better understand what kind of home they are searching for- Coordinate contract deadlines and documents to make the process and stress-free as possible for my clients - Generate and setup auto-emails for Buyers so they will get timely information on what is in the market that fits their criteria - Answer all client questions to the best of my ability and if I am unsure of the answer, I will refer my clients to someone that can get them the answer!
