Holding a degree in design from DePaul University's Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media, I have built a multifaceted career spanning diverse industries and creative disciplines.As the founder and principal of Laura Lian Creative Partners, an award-winning branding and design agency, I have spearheaded creative campaigns for local, national, and international brands. My holistic approach to design has helped organizations find new audiences, enhance connections with customers, and achieve remarkable growth. This expertise has been recognized by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council, the Better Business Bureau's Firestarter Award, and Design Rush's acclaim as one of Illinois' Top Branding Agencies.Prior to founding my agency, I served as the Chief Creative Officer at GetBurbed | @properties Real Estate, where I developed a distinctive brand identity and drove innovative marketing initiatives across digital and physical platforms. My strategic creative leadership was instrumental in the company achieving over $700 million in lifetime sales.Earlier in my career, I gained invaluable experience as a Lead Graphic Designer at Revel Group in Chicago. There, I crafted cohesive visual identities and marketing materials for the company's five distinct brands, delivering exceptional experiences for high-profile clients such as United Airlines, Lollapalooza, Nike, Mary Kay, and the Chicago Cubs.With a passion for mentorship and community engagement, I have actively contributed to the Chicago design community through hosting internships, and supporting organizations such as American Institute for Graphic Arts (AIGA), DePaul’s College of Digital Media, and 2112 Chicago.
