• Responsible for a wide variety of creative, conceptual work, including brand creation, public consultation space design, marketing and event creative, magazine art direction and digital designs for web and social• Managed and worked on multiple projects simultaneously, including keeping track of timelines and budget spend• Took projects from initial concept to final output, including taking client brief, quoting for scope of work, briefing project to team and pitching designs to client• Worked and communicated directly with all clients, ranging from small start-ups to global corporations. Liaised directly with suppliers such as printers and freelancers, to ensure speed and efficiency of any outsourcing • Launched a new Brand Strategy service to reposition the agency as branding specialists and expand their offering. I undertook training to learn the theory of brand strategy methodologies and pitched the service to potential clients.
