I led 72andSunny when we earned a spot on the Ad Age Agency A-List for the first time in 8 years, during 2 years of strong YOY revenue growth with awesome existing and new client partners, and had to back-to-back top 5 Super Bowl spots. As one of the first leaders hired to launch and scale Anomaly LA, I led the pitch team to secure LA's first big pitch win on its own and contributed to Anomaly being named Agency of the Year in 2017. During my tenure as a leader at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, I helped scale the LA office, led the team that created LA's first Super Bowl spot, contributed to exponential agency growth in the Boulder office as we repositioned and reinvented many household name brands, and led campaigns that won Effies, Cannes Lions, Jay Chiat awards, One Show pencils and an Emmy nomination. Our hard work helped CP+B get named Agency of the Decade and Agency of the Year by AdAge, Creativity and Adweek. I also received personal recognition for my leadership over the years by winning the Soul of the Agency, Street Fighter, and Player/Coach awards.I love building brands from the ground up, reinvigorating ones that need a boost, and taking successful ones to the next level.
