As an integral member of the HR Leadership team, my role is to provide leadership to over 10 HR professionals across EACH's critical HR Operations functions, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Industrial Relations. Our teams work together to ensure a seamless flow of information between all operational areas of Human Resources to create a consistent, compelling end user experience. As part of my core responsibilities, I develop and deliver on EACH's HR Operations strategy that supports the growth of our business, mitigates risk and enables the broader EACH functions to deliver on their business objectives.
