• Provide a wide variety of services to victims of crime. Assist Attorney’s with trial preparations- meeting with victims and witnesses, meeting with victims of crime and going over their victim rights, the criminal court process, safety, and referrals, assist in helping with restitution forms and reparations.

Plymouth, Minnesota

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the intervention and community program-serving victims of domestic violence. Which includes staff supervision, hiring of new employees, training of employees, interns, volunteers, scheduling of employees, gathering of statistical information, fundraising, budget and grants management. • Coordinate and implement professional trainings for law enforcement, prosecutors, schools and churches around issues of domestic violence and current/changes in the law, facilitation of community groups, and facilitation of monthly meetings with law enforcement and probation, prosecution, maintains community committees.

Chisago, Minnesota

• Responsible for overseeing the operations for the intervention program. • Providing services for victims of domestic violence including: crisis intervention, support group facilitation, legal advocacy, welfare advocacy, systems advocacy and systems change, community education, law enforcement trainings. • Supervision and coordination of volunteer’s. • Responsible for inter-agency relationships and community networking. Establish visibility as criminal intervention project contact person for Chisago County on issues of domestic violence. • Worked with Fairview hospital in putting in place a 24-hour contact person for their emergency room to assist persons brought in who were victims of sexual and or physical assault.

St. Paul, Minnesota

• Provided services to homeless families residing in the Homeless Family Shelter. • Responsibilities included: resident intake and departure interviews, advocacy, housing information and referral. • Acted as liaison between residents and community, worked with families with school enrollment for grades 5-12. • Provided training to new staff and volunteers. • Overseeing daily shelter functions and insuring safety.
