CurrentBusiness Applications Administrator for Meter Data Management SystemSome of my current responsibilities includes:• Support, manage and maintain high performing and availability (99.99%) enterprise level system • Develop and present strategic direction/objectives for the Meter Data Management System (MDMS) to leadership and organizational teams• Spear-head MDMS operational projects resulted in improving system performance and reliability by 10%• Serve as subject matter expert on project teams directly and indirectly affecting Measurement Operations and Systems (AMI/AMR) to ensure successful completion of projects. Some projects include: MDMS Implementation, MDMS Upgrade, My Usage, MDMS-Analytics Migration, Interface with Water Information Systems, Command Center Pilot and AEP Residential Load Profile • Facilitated regular cross-functional team meetings • Participated in department level prioritization leadership team in managing share technical resources• Develop/Mentor team members on skills and system knowledge• Collaborated with trainers to develop training materials • Establish, document and implement processes & procedures• Developed and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with leadership, business support team, technical support team, vendor, customers and stakeholders• Perform complex analytics by gathering/extracting data, analyzing relevant data and using technology to transform raw data into useful information for improving functionality and maximize system efficiency
