Through specific practices, the somatic exercises I develop deactivate chronic fight, flight, or freeze mechanisms, helping individuals restore their physiological and emotional balance.These exercises are painless, require only 1 to 20 minutes a day, and need no prior preparation, making them a convenient addition to your daily routine. It is recommended to perform them lying in bed, either before sleeping or upon waking, making them easy to integrate without disrupting your daily schedule.
