During this role, I worked as a Junior Systems Analyst and a Demand Manager: Junior Systems Analyst:In this role, I was responsible for analysing and completing work related to IT Configuration, e.g. Notifications, specifications of new plans & discounts, etc. General Duties:-Liaising with Business Owners and Technical Architects to analyse the portion of work to be completed by our team, including attending project meetings, clinics, solution walkthroughs, and so on. -Completing the analysis of work required effectively & efficiently, with a strong focus on attention to detail. -Running a weekly "Innovation Session" with my team to investigate ways to improve and imbed innovation into our daily work. -Adopting a "Customer-Focused" mindset, to ensure our work could be completed to the highest standard for our customers. Demand Manager:I managed the "Configuration Only" stream within the Business Solutions & Configuration team using Agile/Scrum methodologies. This was the management of the full end to end process of small IT projects, from inception to delivery. I also occasionally acted as a Project Manager for small IT projects that spanned multiple departments. General Duties:-Maintaining the status of all projects on JIRA. -Coordinating with Business Owners to suit their needs and vision. -Holding Clinics, Solution Walkthroughs, and any other meetings necessary to ensure the timely progression of the projects. -Keeping detailed minutes of such meetings and keeping all stakeholders informed at all times. -Coordinating with all parties included in the process to solve any blockers quickly and effectively. -Investigating ways to streamline the management process. -Issuing regular reports to my superiors and calling out any projects at risk of affecting other departments or projects.

Working within the Fixed Team in Technology, focussing on the best monitoring of our fixed network through automation, forecasting and a ‘digital first’ approach. This simplification and improvement of analytics allowed the team to make better data-driven decisions. To supplement this work, I underwent additional data science training.
