My duties in this role are to provide the team to support Audatex customers with a world class service, where the focus is to resolve all calls within the allocated SLA, using the technical knowledge and understanding of the Audatex systems. I work within a team of specialists, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded into the CRM system, with all information relating to a rate of 60% first time resolution. I ensure the available and appropriate technology is used to make an initial assessment of user queries, we aim to provide a technically accurate solution. I report to management on a monthly basis and I assist management with the organisation of our team whilst managing our work load reducing waste and improving quality.
