Working with a team of amazing people, we work together to deliver modern, responsive and accessible experiences for our clients. In my day to day, I'm in Figma creating component-based Design Systems, along with landing pages and other top priority pages that we've previously discussed in our Discovery phase. I'm collaborating with my team to ensure design meets features and requirements, as well as accessibility guidelines. Lead Product Designer, Left Travel

Maple Ridge, Bc

As lead Product Designer, I work closely with a product manager, data scientists and engineers in 2-week agile or kanban sprints to improve Left Travel’s meta-travel websites. Informed by data, I design iterative low- to high-fidelity mockups for landing pages, A/B Tests and UI improvements to hand-off to engineers in Bangladesh, giving and receiving feedback on the product at different stages.I redesigned an internal data platform that greatly improved the usability of a platform used by our PPC team to show specific accommodation listings to specific audiences. The system was table and data based, very complex for our PPC team to use, and originally lacked feedback on changes made, and was difficult to navigate and confusing to use. After interviewing my PPC team members, I devised a plan to streamline the system, remove some complexity and add features in order to make it easier and safer to use.

As a User Researcher & UX Designer on the Product team at RightMesh, I conducted user & market research, analyzed data, interviewed experts in different fields internationally to understand market entry and use cases for RightMesh, a mobile mesh networking technology. I put together an extensive profile of countries, using existing worldwide data on issues relating to connectivity, mobile & internet usage, education, infrastructure, wealth, equality, refugees & displacement, and censorship, in order to better inform a strategy for RightMesh pilot projects.I was on a team that designed several apps to use with RightMesh technology: Flare, an offline emergency communications app, MeshIM, an offline messaging app, and a cryptocurrency wallet.Since RightMesh’s target market is developing countries, I co-instructed a workshop to our Bangladesh peers on user & field research, market research, interviewing techniques and survey writing.
