My interest in HR is grounded in an understanding of business strategy and communication. Therefore, I have a broad knowledge in development, implementation and performance- and talent management, gathered from my work experience and studies.Based on my bachelor degree in business studies and communication, my interest in Human Resources and the complexity of organizations have developed. My master at Copenhagen Business School is contributing to a great knowledge in Human Resources and specialization in the HR field with a practical and functional approach.
