Our inspiration is your passion…Lionfish Media started life the way most businesses do – supply and demand. filling a niche for small businesses and organisations needing to outsource projects where no in-house skills or resources exist and being able to provide services with the same level of professionalism and standard of presentation you’d expect from a design agency without the pricetag.Inspired by our customers, we launched lionfish hosting in 2009 for web domains, hosting and email to compliment our increased demand for web design and online marketing. this allowed us to expand further into search engine optimisation and social media to provide a rich marketing mix for our customers.We now offer sales consultancy, representation and account management for key brands within the watersports and scuba industry as well as on-site marketing and eCommerce consultancy for Dairy Crest Ltd.

milk&more has undergone an 18m design and development project to replatform its eCommerce offering from a legacy Oracle iStore system to a new SAP Hybris platform. With a planned phase of intensive end-to-end UAT across the business this role has been created to engage with all relevent SMEs, plan and co-ordinate testing, manage defect reporting, resolution and retesting, and manage resources to ensure that test Sprints are completed on time.

Initially an employed role at Dairy Crest (2011-2014) for the milk&more brand, but following a year’s maternity leave I returned in a consultancy capacity in March 2014 until July 2016.After the sale of Dairy Crest’s Dairies Division, including milk&more, to Muller in December 2015 I continue to manage the milk&more eCommerce platform whilst providing additional consultancy for the transition of central applications services, scoping projects for future development and the migration of existing and implementation of new systems and services. The role primarily consists of managing content, design, functionality and development on national eCommerce website www.milkandmore.co.uk In 2012 I managed the graphical and technical development and implementation of a sitewide reskin in line with a complete brand refresh ahead of a 3 month TV recruitment campaign. The project was completed using internal resource only due to budget limitations and launched on schedule in time for the TV campaign to air, generating 1000+ new sign ups per week.More recent developments have included the launch of a mobile app which, in the first 3 months of use showed an 4% increase in mobile traffic, resulting and a 43% uplift in sales conversions via the platform compared to the same period the previous year. This success is paving the way for a further development into responsive web apps and communications.Current projects include • implementation of new compliance, site security and retail legislative changes including scoping of project requirements in association with legal, desktop and mobile development teams• development and implementation of a new ‘Abandoned Basket’ function to regain lost sales from unconfirmed orders – est. £7-12kpm lost revenue• full rebrand and legal compliance project for the sale of milk&more to Muller • Process flow mapping of all existing eCommerce systems in conjunction with Credit Control, Customer Care, Master Index and Operations teams.
