I am a Bids and Quality Manager and have worked in the recruitment industry for over 10 years. At Sellick Partnership I support the business in a number of ways from project managing our tender submissions, drafting and tailoring tender content to managing our quality management system in line with ISO9001:2015 standard.As Bids and Quality Manager my day-to-day can include anything from writing multiple tender responses within timescales, implementing and promoting frameworks internally, tracking feedback and undertaking internal audits. My biggest achievement to date has been working on our successful bids for the ESPO and Crown Commercial Services (CCS) frameworks. Over the years we have worked hard to achieve a number of awards and accreditations that acknowledge our services, internal processes and our commitment to our employees, clients and candidates.
