Supervising and teaching employees when unloading new shipment as it arrived at the store. Displayed new merchandise when there was an ad set to complete. Demonstrated skills in customer service and product knowledge to insure guests left satisfied. Knowledge in opening and closing duties on the cash register and paper on the computer.

As part of class, groups researched and designed a complete public relations campaign for The Noel Studio. Planned and conducted primary and secondary research prepared and distributed surveys to both students and faculty.

Demonstrated skills in both written and oral communication. Prepared a published press release for the event Countdown to Kindergarten, and designed magazine ads for the event. Arranged interviews for local new stations and obtained information for ad placement in local magazines.Public Relations Event Planning and Management student project; Worked as a team to design and plan the event “Rock the Studio” for the Noel Studio. Designed and distributed flyers and pamphlets around campus. Designed activities to interest participants during the event.
