I help my clients make change happen by aligning their people, organisation and strategy. This includes structuring and implementing transformation programmes that improve efficiency, support growth and increase workforce capability and productivity. I've done this successfully across a range of sectors including energy, utilities, mining, defence, pharma, telecomms, FMCG, and central government. My experience working as PwC's transformation director advising the Board on how to implement its new strategy has also helped me understand what it takes to make change stick from the inside. My background combines a love of science, a strong grounding in finance and a deep understanding of large scale behavioural change. When I talk with clients about their people and capability I always start with the data and work with them to develop strategies that have a strong commercial underpinning.I'm experienced in all aspects of people and change management including organisation design, stakeholder management, communications, capability building, behaviour change and HR interventions. I've worked with clients in the US, Europe, Asia, Africa and Central America. In my experience most major organisations face the challenge of change fatigue. My clients tell me they value my passion for delivery, my pragmatism and my commitment to see things through. I'm resilient and they know I'm committed to their success.
