Hi Everyone! My name is Laura Marcell. I'm from Northern Idaho (Pacific Northwest). I'm pretty much the girl-next-door but have a HUGE passion for helping others and LOVE health, fitness, and nutrition. Also, anything to do with nature has my heart. I am a fitness consultant that specializes in helping others achieve healthy, happy, fullfiling lives. I help people with reaching their goals, providing support, training, and expertise in at-home workout programs, supplements, and exercise equipment. I'm an advocate of healthy, clean eating. Learning more and more myself about our food industry, government regulations, and organic living. Hello, juicing!! I decided to become a Fitness Consultant/Coach because I've always been a pusher with healthier living with friends, family, co-workers, even strangers! I want people to know that ANYONE can change their lives and live healthier, lose weight and be more fit. I wasn't always healthy and had some pretty bad habits myself nor did I workout all the time. But, because of some pretty intense "live changers" a few years back I did a 180 and decided that if I can do it...anyone can. I want to share with people so they know that they can choose to live a healthy, happy life. They just have to want it. In addition to getting healthy and fit, I also help people start their own online, at-home fitness business. Which is a totally, amazing opportunity and can be very successful.
