Dr. Markos' consultancy, WrittenHouse: Coaching Compelling Written Voice, provides coaching, editing, analysis, and research services to doctoral students, postdocs publishing in private practice, mentors coaching their own students, and businesspeople honing their marketing communications. Following a 30-year international business career and global executive roles in several Fortune 500 firms, Dr. Markos moved to coaching, consulting, and teaching. Her organizational change leadership sustains a number of successful cultural change initiatives of global scale. She founded Sage’s quarterly, peer-reviewed, scholarly Journal of Transformative Education, and serves as an adjunct professor of leadership and organizational development in Capella University's school of business and technology doctoral program in organization and management. Throughout her career, she has actively supported a number of nonprofit and professional organizations in local, national, and international volunteer and leadership roles.
