I launched Triptych PD Limited to be entirely focused on our clients' needs. We strive to add value to our clients and their projects and be their 'go to' planner and EIA co-ordinator. At times, my approach and negotiation with the planning authorities has resulted in me 'screening out' the need for an EIA, which the clients had assumed necessary. Whilst this has resulted in our role ending on those projects, my clients have benefited from lower consultancy fees, a faster planning application determination period and therefore the best possible outcome for those projects and clients.

I work with Maddox Associates specifically in relation to EIA development - screening, scoping and co-ordination.

I work as NTR Planning's EIA consultant to provide specialist expertise at all stages of projects. I have worked with the Team for approximately 15 years and as such we have developed and maintain a strong relationship complementing each others' skill sets.

I led our London and South-East planning and EIA team albeit working UK-wide. I provided project-specific advice for defined development proposals but also worked with clients to ensure their property and land assets were best-placed for strategic longer term plans.

My role as a Director at NTR Planning was to provide town planning and property advice to clients in addition to environmental impact assessment expertise.

I provided town planning advice to Clients (education, health, private developers, property companies, leisure and tourism) to appraise potential purchases, improve current facilities (e.g. colleges) and maximise existing assets and property portfolios through the securing of planning (and listed building) permission at either application or appeal stages.In addition, I appraised, co-ordinated and compiled EIAs for a range of developments.
