Technically capable and commercially aware solicitor with experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, leasehold transactions and wider landlord and tenant matters as well as expertise within the secured lending and insolvency sector, having worked closely with mortgagee clients, fixed charge receivers and administrators on security reviews and disposals of secured property (both commercial and buy-to-let). My previous work has included commercial and residential conveyancing and leasehold matters, including new lettings, lease renewals, lease surrenders, tenant arrears, and general property matters relating to marinas. I also have a good understanding of insolvency law and the associated issues surrounding repossessions and sales of secured property, including authorised and unauthorised occupiers, liquidated company borrowers, bona vacantia property, personally owned chattels and businesses being run from secured properties.
