As a Project Manager, and then as a Program Development Manager, I have been responsible for:. The development of Reach for Change new initiative focusing on Social Inclusion, with the aim to support social innovations that improve living conditions and opportunities for children and youths in socio-economically disadvantaged areas in Sweden. (2018). The direction of Reach for Change's method development to support social entrepreneurs/public sector collaborations to facilitate the integration of unaccompanied youths; initiative funded by the Swedish Postcode Foundation (2017-2018). The coordination of Reach for Change initiative "Innovation for Integration" where we provide incubator support to 7 social entrepreneurs working specifically with developing and scaling solutions that contribute to creating integration opportunities for unaccompanied and newly arrived children and youths in Sweden. (2017). The production of the Reach for Change Hack in partnership with Spotify and funded by Sida. The project gathered 30 social entrepreneurs and cross-sectors experts from Sweden, Denmark, Senegal, Ghana, Rwanda, Kenya and Ethiopia, in a 48h hackathon to solve social challenges affecting children with innovative and tech solutions. (2016). The project management of the yearly Child 10 Awards and Summits in Stockholm from 2014 to 2016, and of a spin-off Child 10 Award Ceremony in New York in 2014. My responsibilities included the nomination and selection process, communications, partner relations as well as event management for the summit and for the award ceremony. (2014, 2015, 2016). The central coordination of the launch and dvlpmt of the "Game Changers" initiative in 10 countries in Africa and in Northern and Central Europe, in partnership with MTG/Nordic Entertainment Group. As a Eduction Program Intern for UNICEF Pacific, based in Vanuatu, I had the responsibility to support the trial and roll out of a national Education Management Information System (EMIS) at provincial and school levels, in partnership with the Ministry of Education of Vanuatu. My responsibilities included:. Designing data collection processes from school to provincial level, combining paper-based and computer-based procedures;. Identifying, through stakeholders consultations, failure factors of a previous school-based information system;. Facilitating the trial of the system in three pilot schools and collaborating with the technical consultant to bring substantial changes in response to school needs and constraints;.
