Over the past 8 years, I have excelled in roles ranging from ESL Adjunct Professor to English Language Development Specialist in a public elementary school.In my current role, I've built the ESOL program from the ground up, achieving impressive results, including the highest proficiency rates in the district and top rankings in standardized tests.
