Taking the move from Hospitality into Recruitment was a big decision but I soon realised I wished I'd done it sooner! Having the combination of working daily in a fast-paced environment, whilst also supporting clients and candidates, coaching and supporting my team, making quick decisions, managing data and presenting to senior stakeholders has been the best step in my career. Working with Adecco has given me fantastic opportunities to advance my skills and really discover where my interests are. With the support of my managers I completed my Data Technician Diploma and stepped into a new role as Capacity and Performance Manager for the Adecco Career Centre UK..I'll try not to be all work-focused in this intro, I like to do unique activities like walking alpacas, snorkelling with sharks or climbing Snowdon in the dark.
