During this time, I have been working on a freelance basis for agencies that include GHO and CX Lavender across a range of brands that include CommBank, CommSec, Adobe, Westpac and St.George.

I joined Superloop in December 2022 as part of their in-house creative team. Within this role I worked closely with the platform/UX team to produce website and app copy across both the Superloop and Exetel brands, ensuring a consistent tone of voice across all touchpoints for each brand. This included UX writing, digital content strategy and SEO optimisation. This role also required writing eDMs and internal communications, along with social strategy and creative across a range of channels.

In May 2021, I returned to BT Financial Group to work with them directly across both consumer and business segments. I ran a regular lunchtime workshop titled 'Copywriting for Startups' and would often speak on General Assembly panels discussing copywriting, blogging and all things digital.

My role at M&C Saatchi as Senior Social Content Writer required me to work exclusively on the Woolworths account. Working within the social team, my role involved art directing, concepting and copywriting for Woolies’ social channels. My role at Host required concept and copy development for numerous clients including Vodafone, Bankwest, BT Financial Group, IKEA, Lion Nathan, Air New Zealand, Oasis, Tourism Western Australia, MYOB, Australian Vintage and Coca-Cola. As a creative copywriter I worked across a variety of media such as websites, social media channels, banners, print, radio, brochures, DMs, eDMs, TVCs, event collateral, award entries, case studies and scripts.

During this time, I worked across a range freelance writing projects for agencies such as Mass Media, Isobar, In City Fashion, Tequila, Mercer Bell, Host, Leo Burnett and Wiliam. This included concept development, social media strategy and copy.

My role at Clemenger required me to work exclusively on the Vodafone account. Although I am a digital specialist, I provided copywriting for all areas of Vodafone retail including websites, eDMs, point of sale, print, DM, event collateral, mobile marketing, radio, banners and brochures.
