Driving force in the establishment of the Resource Department at St. Juliana School. Areas of expertise include the selection and implementation of universal screening to identify students struggling in Reading and Mathematics in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Planing and implementing instructional interventions and universal design to impact all students at St. Juliana School.

Created the Software Quality Assurance Department at Enterprise Systems Incorporated, ESI, which was bought by McKssson HBOC. As director, I managed the Software Quality Assurance Department and reported to the Vice President of Software Quality Assurance.

Assisted in the automatic voice system development for employee benefits at our clients. Consisted of working with the client to setup the voice responses that matched the company's benefits. Tested voice systems to ensure the recordings were accurate and the automatic voice system had no computer errors.

Helped doctors convert their manual appointment scheduling books to computerized schedules. This included setting up appointment codes, working with doctors, nurses, and office staff to create schedules that met patient needs and corporate needs. Trained staff on how to use the computerized scheduling system. I also maintained all computerized schedules.
