Lead guests in exploring and experiencing nature on a largely undeveloped barrier island on the Georgia coast. We hike through the maritime forest, kayak through the marshes, bike down the beach while learning about natural history and conservation. Assist in ongoing research and conservation management on the island.

Engage children in local ecosystems while teaching principles of biology and instilling a love for the ocean. Further this mission by reaching out to a global audience via social media outlets.

Led educational overnight field trips in a camp setting. Explored local environments while incorporating SC state curriculum standards, leadership and team-building activities, and facilitating safety.

Compiled scientific information into fact sheets. Researched and created a field guide to invasive reptiles of South Florida. Conducted sound and sight recognition surveys of frogs in constructed and natural wetlands.

Led evening sessions to provide additional help to students struggling in high-risk university math courses.
