- Synthesis of highly functionalized ferrocenes towards the development of synthetic ion channels and application of ferrocenes within catalysis.- Asymmetric Nucleophilic Catalysis for the resolution of alcohols which are important building blocks involved in the design of high-value products.

- Collaboration Grant (375 hours) dedicated to the project "A new generation of contrast agents for image by PET: New contributions to the synthesis of the precursors of FMISO" under the supervision of Prof. Ramón Alajarín at the Department of Organic Chemistry (University of Alcalá de Henares).- Occupational skills covered: general tasks developed in a research laboratory in Organic Chemistry (security, order and cleanliness) and, specifically, assembly of synthesis experiments involving anhydrous conditions under an inert atmosphere, multigram scaled synthesis, isolation, purification and characterization of products by NMR and HPLC-MS. Bibliographic search through online databases (Scifinder), experimental work and drafting of the final report.
