As an event sales director at Malibu Jack's Indoor Theme Park, I am responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and delivering memorable experiences for our clients and guests. I have successfully managed multiple large-scale events, such as corporate retreats, birthday parties, and fundraisers, using my skills in social media marketing, written communication, and phone etiquette. I am also certified in content marketing and social media by HubSpot and Hootsuite, which enables me to create engaging and effective campaigns for our brand and our events. Prior to joining Malibu Jack's, I worked as a manager at Winter Garden Pizza Company, where I oversaw the daily operations, staff training, and customer service of a busy and popular restaurant. I also gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry as a server assistant at The Walt Disney Company, where I learned how to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality and safety. I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in public relations from Biola University, where I have developed a strong foundation in strategic communication, media relations, and crisis management.
