In my most recent role, I focused on building impactful partnerships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to strengthen our mission to combat antisemitism, hate, and extremism while promoting justice and fair treatment for all. Here are a few examples of my contributions to the organization:- I have worked closely with law enforcement and community leaders statewide to enhance response times and raise awareness by investigating incidents of bigotry and hatred.- Directing inter-faith and multicultural outreach initiatives has been a cornerstone of my role, fostering strong partnerships with religious and cultural organizations to promote community social cohesion.- I oversee a monthly newsletter reaching 9,500 subscribers, highlighting community events, educational resources, and advocacy efforts. This engagement strategy has also significantly increased financial support for ADL initiatives through donor-centered events.- I trained law enforcement officers, educators, and community groups in effective bias reduction strategies, leading to improved community relations and heightened awareness of hate crimes.- Additionally, I've initiated digital marketing campaigns that have boosted engagement and aligned with organizational goals. These efforts are supported by detailed reports that effectively communicate our progress and impact to grant partners and board members.

During this time, I facilitated interactive seminars and activities within school communities to raise awareness of identity intersections and combat prejudice. My focus has been on empowering educators by providing them with resources and ongoing coaching to integrate anti-bias practices into their curriculum effectively. A few examples of my contributions to the organization include:- I’ve had the opportunity to facilitate student roundtables on topics such as internalized oppression and antisemitism. These sessions have encouraged students to think critically and imagine what it would be like to be in the ‘shoes’ of others, effectively increasing their awareness levels, hence prompting constructive discussion.- I have made development and application of specialized anti-bias measures in classrooms a core area of focus in my career. This technique is responsible for having formed an educational surrounding that allows everybody to feel free and has contributed to better student involvement from all points of view.- Advocating for social justice and equity through educational initiatives and community outreach has been deeply rewarding. By fostering a culture of respect and understanding in school settings, I've contributed to improvements in student conduct and community interactions.

Here, I authored more than 400 articles on technology trends, product reviews, and industry analysis for multiple prominent platforms, including 9to5Mac, Connect the Watts, Electrek, and 9to5Toys, in accordance with the style guides of 9to5 and AP. Here are a few examples of my contributions to the organization:- Partnered closely with subject-area experts to craft informative content showcasing the latest trends and developments in the tech industry. Additionally, I've conducted thorough reviews of products from leading tech companies, providing insightful evaluations that empower consumers to make informed decisions.- Contributed to a significant increase in boosting reader engagement metrics and site traffic. This was achieved through pioneering SEO strategies aimed at optimizing content visibility and expanding our audience reach.- Utilizing analytics tools and implementing SEO best practices has been instrumental in enhancing content visibility across platforms. As a result, we've experienced a substantial increase in audience engagement and traffic, reinforcing our position as a leader in tech journalism.

At 24G, I authored clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for Audi and Volkswagen, considering brand guidelines, target audience, and consistency in messaging across all platforms and campaigns.I also conducted thorough research to grasp market trends and competitor activities. This knowledge enabled me to collaborate closely with designers and marketing teams to develop campaigns that effectively conveyed the brand's message to our target audience.
