In addition to the general board member work, I am also in charge of organising Effective Altruism Estonia introductory fellowships.

I worked as a civil servant in Sandnes Municipality, focusing on water and wastewater administration.I worked on projects involving connecting people to the public water systems, and was responsible for various matters involving water usage and invoicing.This job gave me a good understanding of work in public sector at a local level.

I was a researcher on the research vessel Kronprins Haakon for three weeks on a seasonal cruise (Q1), taking water samples from the Barents Sea and the Arctic Ocean. While on board, I assisted a PhD student in taking water samples with niskin bottles and from CTD. I worked with filtering, SPE and sub-sampling for organic matter and trace element analysis.

I developed and performed science shows for school children around Estonia.

I was a student auditor for IWAMA project, where we visited various wastewater treatment plants around the Baltic Sea (Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany) and evaluated their efficiency. This project later influenced my choice of topic for the bachelor's thesis.

I was responsible for all international relations that the union (representing nearly 100 000 school students) had with other school student unions around Europe. I was part of an executive board of 8, together with whom we lead ESCU for a year, being responsible for all the events happening, while also developing the association.I was ESCU's representative in OBESSU (Organising Bureau of European School Student Unions), taking part of international trainings, assemblies, conventions and summer schools. I also organized OBESSU events in Estonia, Slovakkia and Germany. After finishing this job, I continued to be a part of OBESSU's Pool of Trainers for another 2 years.I was a school representative and a temporary volunteer in ESCU for 5 years before this position, including organising events for up to 200 school students and writing project proposals for grants. Being part of ESCU was one of the most influential part of my youth as I learned so much about democracy, activism, debating, project writing, opinion forming, presenting, leadership, teamwork, and international collaboration.
