The kidSAFE seal program, an FTC COPPA Safe Harbor, offers child privacy and safety certifications for child-focused websites, apps, and devices. As Head of Quality Assurance and Monitoring, my responsibilities include developing, implementing, and actively maintaining - both independently and with the kidSAFE team - multiple proprietary processes to monitor and track member products across an array of technical, contextual, consumer based, privacy based, and COPPA rule-based criteria. Additionally create and publish documentation, instructional materials, and a bi-weekly internal news digest and monitor and maintain member data and kidSAFE badge displays.Primary mediums: Proprietary data systems, web, G-Suite, SAAS applications, Zoom, image editing software.
