Lisa Goldsand, the Founder and CEO of Circular Thrift, and I have built a playbook to make reuse practical in neighborhoods by guiding local sustainability champions with resources, tools, connections and community. Through regular clothing swap events, mending events and educational events featuring leaders in the global sustainability movement, Circular Thrift is leading the movement to operationalize clothing exchange by changing consumption habits at a hyperlocal level.

My passion for plants + sustainability evolved into a new business in 2022, Return to Sender. Through Return to Sender, I focus on sustainability education + plant propaganda through seed paper classes and recycling demonstrations. I use nuisance algae, bioplastic, food waste and more to create flower pots and other 3D printed goodies. I'm obsessed with upcycling single-use plastic that would otherwise find its way to either a landfill or a waterway by using my at-home recycling system to create 3D printer filament that can then be turned into whatever useful product we want.

Through my years of experience within advertising, marketing, sales and publishing I have a unique skillset that gives me the opportunity to help clients with a little bit of everything that they need.

I helped co-found the Columbus Craft Beer Alliance with Jamie Gentry and Doug Oldham to raise the profile of craft beer in the Columbus area and all throughout central Ohio. Our mission is to unify and promote breweries and supporting craft beer businesses for the purpose of sustaining and growing the local craft beer industry. The CCBA organizes several large events annually to showcase the growing craft beer industry in Columbus and works with local breweries, businesses and organizations that support craft beer in Columbus, Ohio.
