I develop holistic employee engagement and belonging, learning and training programs, and internal communications that align individual needs and performance with organizational strategy and goals. I believe meaningful employee experiences are the foundation for sustainable organizational success, and when done right, inspires employees to bring their best to work each day. Throughout my experience as a learning and development professional, I’ve contributed to several major successful brand growth initiatives at various concepts, impacting over 10,000 company and franchise employees in the restaurant industry, and over 3,300 State of Colorado employees. As a volunteer co-director of Girls Rock Denver, I’ve had the privilege of supporting over 300 young musicians (and hundreds of volunteers); providing them with opportunities to expand their support communities; fostering self-expression through musical collaboration and performance; and empowering women, girls, and gender expansive individuals to find their own styles of leadership.
