• Coordinated the climate change and sustainability agenda and team, achieving:- Design and development of Colombia’s climate change, biodiversity and sustainable development policy. - Direction of the chapter of the 2020-2021 tax reform proposal related to environmental taxes and green finance.- Conception of the technical design of the voluntary and regulated carbon market, the sovereign green bond framework and the Colombian Green Taxonomy.- Co-leadership of Colombia's environmental goals (NDC- E2050) updates.- Construction of the studies and economic models for risk analysis agenda in support of the Risk and Macroeconomic offices.• Advised on financial, tax, energy, environmental and commercial regulatory issues in representation of the Ministry of Finance at several national agencies, including: Energy and Gas Regulatory Commission (CREG); Financial Regulation Agency (URF) and numerous cooperative sector agencies; Governmental commissions of financial inclusion and financial education, engaging members from the private and public sector.• Represented the Ministry of Finance in meetings with International Organizations in which Colombia's commitments are negotiated, including:- The World Trade Organization (WTO), serving as the lead financial services negotiator in free trade agreements.- The 2022 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), acting as the Finance and market negotiator for the Colombian delegation. - The Finance and Sustainable Development Group of the Pacific Alliance, leading and coordinating five regional studies on climate and sustainable finance.- The Coalition of Finance Ministries for Climate Action, acting as Colombia's Sherpa.

• Prepared technical studies and regulatory proposals on the financial system for the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit with an emphasis on impact factors on market development and prudential regulation. Relevant related projects include:o Financial conglomerates, banking solvency, insurance commercialization, Pacific Alliance, risk concentrations and prudential regulation, infrastructure, securities market dynamization, financial education and inclusion, insurance intermediaries and project finance.o Regulatory update of Decree 2555 of 2010.• Supported the development of the agency's communications strategy and presence in socialmedia networks.

• Monitored regulatory projects associated with the securities market.• Elaborated technical recommendations to the legal and economic departments, through technicalreports and diverse regulatory strategies for the Colombian stock brokerage sector.

• Supported collective litigation cases and legal and regulatory advice services for private sector clients.• Provided legal advice to companies in the telecommunications sector to overcome barriers and achieve the expansion of their infrastructure in various cities in Colombia.
