For over 10 years I have used my degree in accounting to grow my knowledge and aid multiple companies in their accounting processes.Although I love numbers and problem solving, sitting behind a desk all day was really starting to affect my outlook on life. There were times I just wanted to get out and go paint a wall. I know it sounds funny, but I needed a way to release my artistic/creative side. So I made the leap to follow my passions. Not only do I get to build my own business, but I can now free other designers and creatives from the mundane tasks of tracking financial records, help them to grow and free up their time to pursue their passions and goals.I understand financial management is stressful, especially when all you really want to do is paint a mural, design the best app ever created, watch your vision unfold from behind a lens or stitch together the most amazing ballroom gown. However, it is something that tends to get ignored that can have enormous consequences for a business owner.Do any of these sound familiar?~ You've invested time, money, and tears into you business, but you're not seeing a return as quickly as you'd like. ~ You're wearing too many hats and don't have time to focus on your true passion, the reason why you started your business in the first place.~ You're spread far too thin just keeping up with your creative work, and don't have time to deal with all the financial aspects of your business.~ You're unsure of how much to pay yourself, and your quarterly tax installments are a constant source of confusion that risks becoming a huge issue come tax time.► If you are a designer or creator and would like a second brain crunching the numbers for you so you can focus on doing what you do best, I'd be happy to have a conversation with you.
